CECE is an enterprise-facing onboarding assistant developed for advanced manufacturing employers and community colleges. Initially conceived as a career support web site, I led a strategic pivot to AR-based onboarding after identifying key enterprise pain points around on-site training inefficiencies and scalability.
Working under the founding designer and CTO, I drove cross-functional alignment to deliver an AI-powered conversational UI paired with context-aware AR interactions—tailored to industrial environments. The solution enabled job-seekers to build hands-on skills while reducing the cognitive and logistical load on employers.
